Head of Acquisition

The Company is seeking a Head of Acquisition to lead player growth for a crypto casino business. The role owns acquisition strategy, budgets, and targets across paid, affiliate, influencer, and partnership channels, while identifying and scaling new opportunities within the crypto ecosystem. Responsibilities include growing first-time depositor volume and player quality while managing acquisition costs and return on investment. The successful candidate will also build performance reporting and attribution, and collaborate with product, customer relationship management, and leadership teams to improve conversion and retention. Candidates should have proven acquisition experience in the crypto casino sector, ideally in a senior or lead role, and a track record of scaling growth from a standing start or low volumes. Strong knowledge of crypto-native channels, communities, and affiliates is required, along with a data-driven, commercially minded approach. The role calls for an entrepreneurial mindset, comfort working at pace, and a stable career history with meaningful tenure in previous positions.
