Head of Operations

The Company is seeking a senior operations leader to take overall responsibility for operations across Germany, including multiple locations and business units. The role includes P&L accountability, bringing teams and operations together, and improving consistency and collaboration across the network. The successful candidate will shape the operational structure, leadership capability, and ways of working as the business grows. They will lead change, integration, and continuous improvement initiatives, while working with senior leaders to develop the future operating model. Candidates should have senior operations leadership experience in logistics, transport, distribution, or related third-party or fourth-party logistics environments, ideally within life sciences, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals. Experience managing geographically dispersed operations and leading change or integrating teams is required. Strong people leadership skills, including developing managers and building high-performing teams, are essential. Fluency in both German and English is required.
