Head of Regulatory Affairs

The Company is seeking a Head of Regulatory Affairs to lead its regulatory function and team, establish a global framework for managing regulatory matters, and support ongoing business compliance. Responsibilities include monitoring regulatory developments, identifying risks, developing compliance strategies, and maintaining product regulatory information and documentation. The role also involves delivering training and audits, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and representing the business with industry groups, customers, and regulatory authorities. Candidates should hold a PhD in Chemistry or a master’s degree in a relevant scientific or engineering discipline, with at least five years of experience in Product Safety, Regulatory Affairs, or Product Stewardship. Experience in a manufacturing environment and in leading people or teams is required. Strong knowledge of chemicals legislation, product safety and liability, and occupational and environmental regulations is essential. Applicants should be strategic, structured, confident communicators with proficiency in digital tools and regulatory systems, fluent English, and advanced German.
