Assistant Vice President, Java Applications Development Remote (anywhere in India)

The Company is in search of a Senior Java Developer with a strong background in Java development to take on the role of Assistant Vice President. The successful candidate will be tasked with designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality, scalable, and reliable Java applications. This includes leading the development of new features and enhancements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the continuous improvement of software development processes. The role also involves writing clean and well-documented code, performing code reviews, mentoring junior developers, and staying abreast of industry trends and technologies. Applicants for the Assistant Vice President position at the company should have a minimum of 7 years' of professional experience in Java development, with a focus on Java Version 21 or above, and a deep understanding of its core concepts. Extensive experience with the Spring Framework, particularly Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring Data, is essential. The ideal candidate will also have a solid grasp of OOP principles, design patterns, and experience with NoSQL databases.
