Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Remote (anywhere in India)

The Company is seeking a Head of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to serve as a strategic finance partner to senior leadership and guide the organization’s financial roadmap. The role leads enterprise-wide planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, while building integrated financial models and delivering insights, reports, dashboards, and presentations. The successful candidate will partner with functional leaders on pricing, investment, hiring, go-to-market efficiency, and expansion decisions. They will also improve FP&A processes and systems, promote data-driven decision-making, and build and develop a high-performing team. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, and 10–15 years of relevant experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or strategic finance, preferably in a high-growth technology environment. The role requires expertise in financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and advanced modeling, along with strong analytical, leadership, and people-management skills. Candidates should be highly proficient in Excel and financial analysis tools, comfortable working with large datasets and complex models, and effective at partnering with senior executives. Excellent communication and stakeholder-influencing skills, as well as the ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, are essential.
