Vice President, Java Full Stack Development Lead Remote (anywhere in India)

The Company is seeking an Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst with a strong background in full stack development, particularly in the areas of Microservices, Angular, React, Java, MongoDB, Kafka, Oracle, SQL, REST, Spring Boot, and Elastic Search. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the analysis, design, and implementation of new or revised application systems in collaboration with the technology team. This senior-level role requires the ability to partner with management teams to ensure the integration of functions, identify system enhancements, and resolve high-impact problems. The role also involves providing technical leadership to an agile development team, championing best practices in CI/CD, and fostering a culture of quality through developer-led automated testing initiatives. Applicants must have a minimum of 15 years' of relevant experience in application development and systems analysis, with a proven track record in leading and managing successful projects. The role demands a Subject Matter Expert in at least one area of application development, with a focus on Java and Test-Driven Development. Extensive experience in system analysis, programming, and a deep understanding of microservices architecture are essential. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UI tech stack, experience with SCMs like GIT, and tools like JIRA, and a good understanding of Kafka. Agile/Scrum methodology experience is required, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, with a Master's degree being preferred.
