Vice President, Quality Engineering, Delivery Remote (anywhere in India)

The Company is seeking a VP, Quality Engineering, Delivery to take ownership of the vision, strategy, and execution of quality assurance across its global delivery projects. This executive will be responsible for defining and owning the global QA strategy, leading a multi-year roadmap, and building a world-class, multi-disciplinary QA organization. The role requires a leader with a strong background in software quality assurance, including experience in manual testing, automation, and performance engineering, and a proven track record of scaling AI usage in QA and test automation programs. The VP will also be tasked with setting enterprise-wide quality standards, championing Agile and iterative delivery practices, and driving continuous improvement in quality culture and practices. Candidates for this role must have at least 20 years' of experience in software quality assurance, with a minimum of 5 years' in a senior leadership capacity. A background in complex, regulated enterprise software domains such as insurance, financial services, or healthcare is strongly preferred. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of test strategy, quality metrics, and governance frameworks, as well as expertise in test management tools and automation tooling. Personal attributes should include executive presence, a change-oriented mindset, and excellent communication skills.
