Chief Transformation Officer

The Company is seeking a Chief Transformation Officer to support the CEO, leadership team, and shareholders in defining and delivering a value creation plan. The role coordinates cross-functional initiatives, tracks progress, challenges initiative owners, and helps resolve critical issues while enabling timely decisions. Responsibilities also include selecting and managing external advisors, identifying value-creation opportunities, and supporting mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, due diligence, deal execution, and integration. The CTO will maintain direct communication with shareholders and help align leadership around priorities and results. Candidates should have 3–7 years of management consulting experience, ideally across multiple industries, and 3–5 years of relevant corporate experience. Strong strategic judgment, analytical rigor, communication and interpersonal skills, and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach are required, along with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Applicants should understand cash generation and value-creation drivers; M&A experience is an advantage. A master’s degree in economics, management, or engineering is required, while an MBA is a plus. Fluency in Italian and English is essential.
