Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to provide strategic and operational leadership in partnership with the Board of Directors. The CEO will drive business performance, identify development opportunities, and advise on significant commercial matters. Responsibilities include overseeing property projects from planning and approvals through construction, completion, and handover, ensuring delivery meets agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and business objectives. The role also oversees commercial and financial matters, risk management, governance, policies, and operational effectiveness. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in real estate, civil engineering, or a related discipline, and bring strong commercial acumen and experience overseeing multiple business functions. A minimum of 15 years of relevant experience, including at least five years in senior management or executive leadership, is required. Applicants should have hands-on property development experience, particularly with high-rise and landed residential projects, and a strong understanding of the full development lifecycle. Experience working with government departments, local authorities, and statutory bodies is also essential.
