Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its dynamic team. The CFO will be a key player in the organization's transformation and growth, providing strategic financial leadership and driving business performance. This role involves leading the finance, accounting, treasury, tax, and corporate finance functions, as well as driving strategic business planning, budgeting, and performance management. The successful candidate will also be responsible for strengthening financial governance, overseeing funding requirements, and partnering with business leaders on transformation and growth initiatives. To be considered for this position, candidates must be a registered member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA) and hold a professional qualification in accounting or a degree in finance, accounting, or a related discipline. A proven track record as a CFO, Finance Director, Financial Controller, or senior finance leader within a public-listed company environment is essential, with strong exposure to manufacturing or other asset-intensive industries. Hands-on experience in treasury management, banking facilities, and cash flow optimization is required, and experience in corporate exercises such as M&A and IPOs is highly advantageous. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder management skills, and a demonstrated ability to lead high-performing finance teams.
