Head of Trade Review

The Company is seeking a Head of Trade Review with a strong background in Trade Finance Operations, particularly in the areas of AML/CFT and TBML. The successful candidate will be responsible for investigating and identifying suspicious trade finance transactions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and supporting the development of robust risk and compliance practices. Key responsibilities include reviewing high-risk transactions, monitoring business activities for irregularities, conducting background searches, and recommending measures to prevent operational risks. The role also involves coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, providing technical advice, and supporting departmental risk and compliance activities. Applicants for the Head of Trade Review position at the company should have a tertiary education or equivalent professional qualification, with a strong knowledge of trade finance and AML/CFT. Exposure to TBML detection is an added advantage. The role requires the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. A Certified Documentary Credit Specialist (CDCS) certification is also a requirement.
