Head of Record to Report (R2R)

The Company is seeking a Head of Record to Report (R2R) to lead regional finance operations across multiple countries and legal entities. Responsibilities include overseeing month-, quarter-, and year-end close, financial reporting, balance sheet reviews, audit coordination, and governance. The role will drive process standardization, automation, and transformation while leading and developing a high-performing regional finance team. Candidates should have a degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline; professional accounting qualifications are advantageous. More than 15 years of experience in R2R, financial accounting, or finance shared services is required, along with a proven record of leading teams across multiple countries. Applicants should bring strong knowledge of financial close, reporting, consolidation, and audit processes, as well as experience in finance transformation, migration, or process improvement.
