Head of Fixed Income

The Company is seeking a Head of Fixed Income to lead a five-person team managing fixed-income investments and currency exposure. Responsibilities include overseeing investments in government and corporate bonds, money market instruments, and other debt securities; managing currency exposure through hedging and financial instruments; and setting portfolio allocation, duration, yield targets, and investment strategies. The role also involves coordinating with treasury and cash teams to maintain liquidity and optimize cash deployment, monitoring interest rates and market risks, and advising senior leadership on portfolio positioning and asset allocation. Candidates should have 10–15 years of experience in fixed income, foreign exchange, treasury, or capital markets, with strong expertise in credit analysis, derivatives, and financing. A demonstrated record of leading a team and reporting to boards and senior executives is required. The successful candidate will bring sound investment judgment and the ability to assess market developments and their impact on portfolio performance.
