Vice President, IT Project Management & Strategy

The Company is seeking a Vice President of IT Project Management and Strategy to help shape and execute strategic priorities and organization-wide initiatives. The role involves working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to support business growth, product development, and transformation. Responsibilities include owning the new product process framework, strengthening product governance, and coordinating strategic and regulatory projects. The successful candidate will also contribute to business planning and performance reviews, providing insights to support informed decision-making. Applicants should hold a degree and have at least five years of experience in financial services, ideally banking. Relevant experience may include business strategy, strategic planning, product development, business management, or project management. Candidates should understand banking products, regulatory requirements, product governance, and new product processes, and be skilled at coordinating across front-, middle-, and back-office teams and regional stakeholders. Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and business-level English are required; Japanese proficiency is an advantage.
