Executive Director, Health Economics & Outcomes Research Modeling Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Health Economics and Outcomes Research (HEOR) Modeling to lead a service line, oversee complex client engagements, and shape short- and long-term strategy. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality project delivery and client satisfaction, managing budgets and financial performance, developing business opportunities, and advising senior client leaders. The role also involves leading and developing teams, advancing AI-enabled HEOR research, and collaborating across disciplines to create innovative methods and evidence. The Executive Director will represent the organization through industry engagement, publications, and strategic partnerships. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a scientific or technical discipline and have at least 15 years of relevant experience, including 10 or more years in management. Experience in life sciences or consulting, leading teams and projects, and deep expertise in HEOR consulting are required, along with fluent written and spoken English. Strong strategic, operational, analytical, communication, and relationship-building skills are essential. An advanced degree and experience delivering HEOR services, applying AI methods such as machine learning or predictive modeling, and contributing to industry publications or partnerships are preferred.
