Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance organization and serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership, the board, and investors. The role oversees financial planning, accounting, treasury, capital management, business analytics, and operational finance while supporting the organization’s growth. Responsibilities include leading budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning; overseeing financial reporting, tax, audits, and internal controls; and managing cash flow, working capital, banking relationships, and credit facilities. The CFO will also advise on profitability, pricing, investments, and growth initiatives, support board and investor reporting, develop the finance team, and improve processes and systems. Candidates should have at least 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including prior executive-level experience and work in a private-equity-backed environment. A background in consumer products, manufacturing, or a related industry is required, along with strong FP&A, operational finance, accounting, treasury, banking, and working-capital expertise. The role also calls for experience presenting to boards and investors, strong executive presence, and cross-functional leadership skills. A bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required; a CPA and/or MBA, experience scaling a high-growth organization, and finance transformation expertise are preferred.
