Associate Vice President, Project Finance Credit Risk

The Company is in search of an Associate Vice President for its Project Finance Credit Risk team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing credit underwriting, monitoring a portfolio of existing deals and borrower performance, and presenting credit recommendations to senior leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of project finance, particularly within the sectors of renewable energy, infrastructure, and data centers. The AVP will also be involved in high-visibility activities, including working closely with the origination team on structuring new deals. Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years' of credit risk experience in project finance and be adept at conducting comprehensive credit analysis, including cash flow analysis and due diligence. The role involves identifying risks and mitigants in project finance transactions, as well as participating in meetings with sponsors and stakeholders to support business development. The ideal candidate will have the ability to evaluate industry and macroeconomic trends that impact credit quality and will be expected to conduct periodic credit reviews to ensure the ongoing quality of the portfolio.
