Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its retail and wholesale operations and set the organization’s strategic direction. The CEO will develop long-term plans and short-term objectives, evaluate investments and growth opportunities, and translate strategy into actionable business plans. Responsibilities include overseeing profit and loss, budgeting, financial reporting, operations, sales, and market analysis; strengthening internal communication and organizational culture; and developing leadership, succession, and team capabilities. The CEO will also guide business model development, strategic alliances, and acquisition or divestiture activities while ensuring effective governance and regulatory compliance. Candidates should bring more than 20 years of progressively responsible leadership experience, including substantial experience in the convenience, gas, and retail sector, and a proven record as a CEO or senior executive. An MBA is preferred. The role calls for entrepreneurial judgment, strong organizational and leadership skills, and expertise in corporate finance, business management, governance, and profitable strategy development. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, decision-making, and time-management skills are required, along with the ability to perform under pressure.
