Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its executive leadership team. The CFO will play a pivotal role in driving the financial strategy, operations, and long-term value creation of the organization. This includes leading the overall financial strategy and planning, owning all financial aspects such as accounting, reporting, audit, treasury, and internal controls, and managing relationships with lenders, investors, and banks. The successful candidate will also be responsible for partnering with the executive team on strategic growth initiatives, M&A evaluations, and capital allocation decisions, as well as building and mentoring a high-performing finance and accounting organization. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' experience in accounting, finance, and operations, with a proven track record of managing a team of 5 or more. Experience in trade ops, futures, options, and FX is essential, as is fluency with private fund mechanics. The role requires a strategic thinker who can support investor relations, fundraising, and prepare diligence materials. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader, capable of scaling the organization for future expansion and driving financial success during a pivotal growth stage.
