Vice President, Commercial Strategy Remote (anywhere in New York)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Strategy to lead the development and execution of its North American commercial strategy, including route-to-market, distributor partnerships, customer and channel strategy, and commercial transformation. The role will advise senior sales leaders on priorities, market opportunities, and investment decisions, while assessing commercial models and economics to support sustainable growth. Responsibilities include leading transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation and value tracking, evaluating consumer, competitive, regulatory, and customer trends, and contributing to annual and long-range planning. The Vice President will also lead strategic assessments and partnerships and prepare executive- and board-level recommendations. Candidates should have at least 12 years of professional experience, including 8–10 years across strategy consulting, corporate strategy, and the consumer goods industry. They should bring a strong record of leading enterprise-wide or commercial transformations and delivering measurable impact in partnership with senior leadership. The role requires deep strategic, commercial, and financial expertise, along with the ability to translate customer and consumer insights, competitive dynamics, and market economics into clear strategic choices. Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive influencing skills are essential, as is experience developing high-performing teams and building organizational capability.
