President & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company seeks a President and Chief Executive Officer to provide mission-centered leadership and strategic direction for a complex, multi-site organization. Reporting to the Board of Trustees, the CEO will implement board priorities, guide enterprise operations and services, and lead strategic planning to support long-term sustainability and growth. Responsibilities include overseeing financial, human, and capital resources; developing the executive team and fostering an accountable, inclusive culture; and identifying opportunities for innovation and partnerships. The CEO will also serve as the organization’s primary ambassador, advancing its mission through stakeholder engagement, fundraising, advocacy, and community partnerships. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree; an advanced degree is preferred. Significant executive experience leading a complex organization, with responsibility for strategy, operations, culture, and financial performance, is required, along with demonstrated success working with governing boards and senior leadership teams. Experience in healthcare, human services, senior living, nonprofit, faith-based, or similarly mission-driven settings is preferred. The ideal candidate brings strong financial and operational judgment, a commitment to servant leadership and organizational integrity, and the ability to build trust, develop talent, and align diverse stakeholders. Familiarity with senior living, healthcare reimbursement, and regulatory environments is also valuable.
