Chairman & Board Member

The Company is seeking a Chairperson and Board Member to help guide its strategic development and strengthen its role in advancing an inclusive and just society. The Chairperson will lead the board, support effective governance, and serve as a strategic partner to the general manager. They may also represent the organization in discussions with political leaders, partners, and other stakeholders. Board Members will contribute to the organization’s long-term direction and sustainability. Candidates should bring strategic understanding, sound judgment, integrity, and strong collaboration skills, along with insight into social issues, political processes, and relevant decision-making arenas. The Chairperson role particularly calls for documented leadership experience, a broad network, relationship-building ability, and confidence representing an organization externally. Strong written communication skills and the ability to balance perspectives and foster constructive cooperation are also important. Relevant expertise, experience, and fresh perspectives are valued.
