Vice President of Food & Beverage

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Food & Beverage to provide strategic leadership and maintain exceptional food and service standards across a large-scale luxury resort operation with a diverse portfolio of dining outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving consistency, supporting guest satisfaction, and ensuring strong financial and operational performance. Key responsibilities include overseeing all F&B operations, maintaining luxury dining standards, and working closely with senior leadership to execute the overall F&B strategy. The role also involves leading, developing, and mentoring the F&B leadership team, as well as managing labor, food costs, and departmental budgets. The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Food & Beverage position at the company will have a senior F&B leadership background within a luxury hotel, resort, or large-scale hospitality operation. They should have a proven track record in overseeing multiple F&B outlets, a strong understanding of both luxury fine dining and high-volume/family dining, and experience in managing large, multi-level F&B teams. The role requires a hands-on, collaborative leadership style, strong financial acumen, and the ability to build a positive F&B culture. The candidate should be comfortable operating across a range of dining concepts, from casual to fine dining, and have the ability to minimize internal operational challenges while ensuring strong communication and consistency across the operation.
