Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is in search of a visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead its next phase of growth and transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the organization's long-term vision, strategy, and market expansion initiatives, with a focus on strengthening the consumer and retail banking franchise. This role demands a leader who can build scalable operating models, nurture a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability, and ensure the organization is equipped with the capabilities, talent, and infrastructure required for sustainable growth. The CEO will also be the primary representative of the organization, building strong relationships with regulators, board members, shareholders, and key external partners. To excel in this position, the CEO must have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related discipline, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred. A minimum of 20 years' of progressive leadership experience in the banking or financial services sector, particularly in consumer-focused environments, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing substantial P&L responsibilities, leading business transformation, and driving digital innovation. Strong strategic thinking, exceptional interpersonal skills, and a history of successful stakeholder engagement are essential. The role also demands a leader with a deep understanding of banking operations, including digital transformation initiatives, and a commitment to maintaining robust governance and compliance standards.
