Managing Director

The Company is in search of a Managing Director for the Philippines, a pivotal role that demands a leader with a strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the local market. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and scaling the business, with a focus on incident response services. This includes full commercial ownership, from revenue generation to team and partnership management. The role requires a candidate with a proven track record in building and scaling a business, particularly in the B2B services, cybersecurity, professional services, or enterprise technology sectors. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of cybersecurity buyer behavior, with direct experience in incident response or DFIR being highly preferred. They should be adept at leading a local team, managing commercial relationships, and driving revenue growth. Executive presence, fluency in English and Tagalog, and a willingness to travel are essential. The Managing Director will be expected to lead the local team, including sales, marketing, technology, and incident response, and to work closely with the regional functional leadership. Responsibilities also include market strategy development, revenue growth, and the establishment of commercial standards.
