Field Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Remote (anywhere in Singapore)

The Company is in search of a visionary and influential Field Chief Technology Officer (fCTO) to act as a trusted advisor to its most strategic enterprise customers in the Asia-Pacific region. This role is pivotal in helping executives navigate technology, organizational, and business transformation, with a focus on ensuring the company's cloud platform delivers measurable, enterprise-grade impact at scale. The fCTO will not only represent the company externally with CxOs and industry leaders but also shape the company's internal strategy through roadmap influence, product feedback, and thought leadership. Responsibilities include acting as a C-suite advisor on technology strategy, mentoring field teams, championing enterprise requirements, and influencing product and platform roadmaps. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in senior technology leadership, deep expertise in enterprise-grade cloud capabilities, and the ability to drive change based on customer insights and market trends. Candidates for the fCTO position at the company should have a background in senior technology leadership, with experience in enterprise SaaS environments and a strong understanding of cloud capabilities. Preferred industry experience includes banking and financial services, technology/IT services, and telecommunications, particularly in the context of industry-specific regulations and compliance. The role requires a leader with the ability to influence product strategy, a strong executive presence, and a track record of driving customer and revenue impact. Experience with the company's products is a plus, as is a background in regulated industries and knowledge of distributed systems. The successful candidate will be a thought leader in the industry, capable of representing the company at various forums and building relationships with key partners and regulators.
