Vice President, ESG Investment Management & Sustainability Reporting

The Company is seeking a Vice President for ESG Investment Management and Sustainability Reporting. This senior professional will lead the ESG practice, ensuring the integration of ESG considerations throughout the investment lifecycle and the publication of the annual Sustainability Report. The role is pivotal in driving the company's mandate to deliver both financial returns and climate impact, and involves close interaction with investees, the ecosystem, and industry players to implement ESG practices and ensure high-quality disclosures. Key responsibilities include developing and updating ESG policies and frameworks, conducting pre-investment due diligence, and driving post-investment ESG value creation. The successful candidate will also be responsible for leading the annual sustainability reporting process, developing a clear narrative that aligns with the company's climate impact ambitions, and engaging with internal and external stakeholders to enhance the firm's ESG practices. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant discipline, at least 10 years' of experience in ESG investment management, and a proven track record of engaging with companies and investors on ESG issues. Strong project management, analytical skills, and experience in climate impact measurement are a plus. The role requires a critical thinker, a strong communicator, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standards environment.
