Chief Strategy & Operations Officer, Investment Banking

The Company is seeking a senior strategy and operations leader to oversee its global investment banking platform and drive the execution of business-wide priorities. The role involves translating strategy into actionable plans, leading initiatives in growth, organizational development, operating model improvement, and geographic expansion, and monitoring performance against objectives. The successful candidate will coordinate operations across regions and functions, improve processes and resource allocation, and oversee business planning and budgeting. They will also strengthen governance, risk, and compliance practices, coordinate regulatory and audit-related work, and advise executive leadership on strategic and operational matters. Candidates should have significant investment banking experience, ideally in a senior operations, strategy, business management, or equivalent leadership role. A strong understanding of global investment banking operations, including mergers and acquisitions and capital markets, is required. Applicants should demonstrate experience implementing strategy in complex financial services environments and have strong knowledge of governance, risk management, regulatory frameworks, and compliance. Experience with international expansion, new market entry, business integration, or developing operating platforms is an advantage.
