Board Trustees

The Company is seeking Board Trustees to help shape its strategic direction as it begins a new five-year strategy. Trustees will support and challenge the executive team, strengthen strategic relationships, identify opportunities, and help increase the organization’s social impact. They will contribute strategic insight and sound judgment while helping the organization build partnerships and extend its reach. Previous board experience is welcome but not essential. Candidates should bring senior experience in one or more of the following areas: fundraising, philanthropy, investment or capital raising; private-sector executive leadership; or public-sector, civil service, and policy leadership. Strong strategic judgment, a commitment to positive social change, and confidence operating at board level are important. The ideal candidates will also bring valuable relationships, influence, and networks that can help create new opportunities and lasting impact.
