Chief of Staff Remote (anywhere in United Kingdom)

The Company is seeking a Chief of Staff to play a pivotal role in the organization. This is a hands-on, operationally focused position that involves owning the systems that keep the company running, driving the cadence of board and investor communications, and leading the deployment of AI agents across the company's operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for running the leadership team's operating cadence, owning the operational backbone across various functions, and taking on special projects as needed. A key aspect of the role is the agentic implementation, which includes mapping internal workflows, building and deploying AI agents, and establishing standards for their use. The Chief of Staff will also be the internal evangelist for AI agents and will be expected to have a strong background in AI tools, analytical skills, and excellent writing abilities. Applicants for the Chief of Staff position at the company should have 4-8 years' experience in a role that values both rigor and execution, such as biz ops, strategy, consulting, banking, or a previous chief of staff role. Hands-on experience with AI tools, strong analytical skills, and the ability to build and deploy AI agents are essential. The ideal candidate will be a systems thinker with a bias for action, have high judgment and discretion with sensitive information, and possess a strong curiosity about revenue cycle and clinical AI. While not mandatory, experience in healthcare or enterprise SaaS is a plus.
