Head of Engineering & Infrastructure

The Company is in search of a Head of Engineering and Infrastructure to play a pivotal role in the transformation of its industrial operations. The successful candidate will be a key member of the senior leadership team, responsible for shaping the future engineering model and driving greater consistency, reliability, and functional excellence across the platform. This influential position encompasses engineering strategy, infrastructure, reliability, asset performance, continuous improvement, and capital investment. The role demands a leader with a safety-first mindset, a proven track record in complex, asset-intensive environments, and the ability to lead central engineering and continuous improvement activities. Building credibility and relationships, as well as technical expertise, are essential for success in this challenging and impactful role. The ideal candidate will have a breadth of well-grounded engineering skills, be a chartered or professionally qualified engineer, and possess strong electrical and/or multi-disciplinary engineering expertise. Experience in heavy industrial manufacturing, utilities and infrastructure, building materials, chemicals and process industries, or energy-intensive manufacturing is highly valued. The Head of Engineering and Infrastructure will be expected to have a significant OPEX and CAPEX responsibility, a history of improving reliability, asset performance, and engineering standards, and experience in operating across matrix organizations with multiple stakeholder groups.
