Head of Finance

The Company is in search of a Head of Finance to take on a pivotal role that spans both FP&A and financial control. This senior leadership position is characterized by a high level of ownership and the opportunity to work closely with key decision-makers. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling, as well as overseeing group reporting, consolidation, audit, tax, payroll, and core finance operations. A key aspect of the role is the ability to challenge business assumptions, provide clear financial insights, and support strategic decision-making. The Head of Finance will also be instrumental in the organization's growth, identifying and implementing process improvements, and ensuring the effective use of technology within the finance function. Applicants for the Head of Finance role at the company should possess a professional accounting qualification or equivalent experience, with a strong background in financial accounting and commercial finance. A minimum of 5-7 years' of relevant finance experience is required, with a focus on FP&A, financial modeling, and a proven track record of managing a complete budgeting and forecasting cycle. The role demands advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, as well as the ability to operate effectively across both strategic and hands-on financial responsibilities. Experience in a fast-growing business, particularly within the technology or subscription-based sector, is advantageous, as is exposure to international finance, tax, and compliance.
