Head of Fundraising & Events

The Company is seeking a Head of Fundraising and Events to strengthen income generation and deliver a purposeful programme of fundraising events. The role involves developing and maintaining a fundraising pipeline across grants, bids, and corporate fundraising, and helping set priorities and targets based on past results and available data. The successful candidate will plan and coordinate fundraising events, connect them to wider income-generation goals, and assess their effectiveness. They will also collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners, adapting activities as priorities and opportunities evolve. Applicants should have experience in fundraising and event delivery, ideally with a track record of linking events to income generation. Experience with grant applications, bid writing, or developing a fundraising pipeline is particularly valuable. The role calls for a collaborative approach to working with senior stakeholders, flexibility in adapting plans, and the ability to use evidence to guide fundraising decisions.
