Interim Head of Transformation

The Company is seeking an Interim Head of Transformation to lead a major organization-wide transformation programme. The role will bring together transformation and project management office resources, strengthen leadership across a portfolio of initiatives, and help reshape organizational operations. A key focus will be redesigning the operating model and services. The successful candidate will establish credibility quickly, create structure and momentum, and guide an established team through significant change. Applicants must have substantial transformation leadership experience, including experience in local government. They should be able to lead complex programmes, coordinate teams and resources across a portfolio, and drive operating model and service redesign. The role also requires the ability to build trust quickly, provide clear direction, and maintain momentum through organizational change.
