Managing Director

The Company is seeking a commercially focused Managing Director to lead its next phase of strategic development. The role carries full P&L accountability and responsibility for setting and delivering the growth strategy across domestic and international markets. Key duties include driving commercial performance and operational excellence across manufacturing, supply chain, and customer service; developing a high-performing leadership team; and identifying opportunities for innovation and market expansion. The Managing Director will also manage key customer and partner relationships, ensure compliance with quality and governance standards, and foster continuous improvement and sustainable growth. Candidates should bring a track record of growth in a medical device or healthcare-related environment, along with experience as a Managing Director, General Manager, Business Unit Director, or equivalent. Demonstrable P&L leadership, strong commercial and strategic capabilities, and experience overseeing manufacturing and operational functions are required. The role also calls for success in growing sales through direct and distributor channels, international market exposure, and experience leading organizational change and business transformation. The successful candidate will be able to inspire, develop, and lead high-performing teams.
