Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to guide its strategy, governance, and growth across online gaming and sweepstakes markets. The CEO will set and execute the organization’s vision, lead and mentor the executive team, and align business functions around shared goals. Responsibilities include overseeing risk management, regulatory compliance, and responsible gaming; driving profitability, capital allocation, and performance measurement; and representing the organization with external stakeholders. The role also involves building strategic partnerships and fostering an inclusive, high-performing culture. Candidates should have at least 10 years of experience in online casino leadership, including experience in sweepstakes casinos, and prior director-level or C-suite experience. The position calls for strong strategic leadership, governance, and risk-management capabilities, along with the ability to guide executive teams and make data-informed decisions. Experience engaging with regulators and developing partnerships is also relevant.
