Associate Vice President, Procurement Center of Excellence Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President to lead its Procurement Center of Excellence and strengthen the operating model, technology, processes, data, analytics, and governance that support Procurement performance. The role will set a multi-year roadmap, own the Procurement technology portfolio and enterprise process standards, and lead analytics, transformation governance, and merger, acquisition, and divestiture enablement. The AVP will simplify workflows, improve adoption and decision-making, ensure investments deliver measurable value, and build a multidisciplinary team. Success requires hands-on leadership of complex priorities and effective collaboration across business and corporate functions. Candidates should have 15 or more years of progressive experience in Procurement or related enterprise leadership, including significant responsibility for large-scale transformation, technology, process, or operating-model portfolios. At least seven years of people leadership experience and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience are required. The role calls for deep knowledge of Source-to-Contract processes, Procurement technology, analytics, process design, portfolio management, and change adoption, along with experience in M&A activity and applying automation, AI, or advanced analytics. Strong executive influence, analytical judgment, and expertise in governance, controls, and data quality are essential; an advanced degree or relevant certification is preferred.
