Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead one of its portfolio companies, which operates a specialized OSS/BSS platform for mobile virtual network operators. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire business, including strategy, product direction, go-to-market, team management, and P&L. This role demands a leader with a deep understanding of the telecom market, particularly in the MVNO space, and a proven track record of executive leadership in a related environment. The CEO will be tasked with growing recurring revenue, protecting retention and pricing power, and driving product innovation with a focus on AI. Applicants for the CEO position at the company's portfolio business must have a background that includes executive experience at an MVNO, MVNE, or MVNA, or at a company selling directly into them. The role requires direct P&L ownership, a strong grasp of wireless operations, and practical command of the regulatory environment. The ideal candidate will be technically literate, with the ability to engage with engineering teams, and have a demonstrated history of using AI to create business value. Experience in leading a small, senior, fully remote team is essential, and a preference will be given to those who have a history of B2B SaaS in a concentrated-customer environment and hands-on carrier relationship management. The CEO will also be expected to have a clear vision of where AI can provide a durable competitive advantage and to be adept at expanding the business into adjacent markets.
