Chief Growth Officer

The Company is in search of a Chief Growth Officer to spearhead its organic growth initiatives and establish a robust growth framework within the advisory team. The successful candidate will work closely with the firm's founder to implement a proven value creation and organic growth strategy, with a focus on increasing AUM and EBITDA while enhancing operational professionalism. Key responsibilities include driving new business, coaching and developing advisors in business development, and creating a culture of accountability around the firm's growth objectives. The role offers the opportunity to expand responsibilities as the business evolves and requires a candidate with a strong background in business development or sales, a deep understanding of the wealth management industry, and a track record of success in a similar role. Applicants for the Chief Growth Officer position at the company should have a background in the wealth management industry, with a preference for those with experience in the RIA or private wealth ecosystem.
