Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Remote (anywhere in United States) + 1 more

The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their dynamic team. The CTO will be responsible for owning, building, and running a startup in the SaaS field, with a focus on scaling the business to €100M+ in revenues. This role is ideal for ambitious entrepreneurs and serial entrepreneurs who are ready to take on the challenge of building a company with the potential for a €1B+ exit. The CTO will be supported by a network of top-tier professionals, including weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, and will have access to a community of the top 0.1% of founders, peers, and investors. Key tasks for the CTO include embarking on a personal development journey, receiving coaching to prepare the startup for significant funding, and working closely with the team to iterate the product until it reaches the market fit. The successful candidate will be expected to have excellent communication skills in English, be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation, and be fully committed to the responsibility of scaling the startup. The role offers the opportunity to work with serial entrepreneurs and to benefit from their experience in team building, distribution, and funding support.
