The successful candidate will be responsible for owning, building, and running their own startup, with a focus on SaaS and related fields. This role is ideal for ambitious entrepreneurs and serial entrepreneurs who are ready to take on the challenge of scaling a company to €100M+ in revenues. The CTO will be part of an extensive personal development journey, receiving 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, and will have access to a community of the top 0.1% of founders, peers, and investors. The position involves intensive coaching to prepare the startup for significant funding and support in product iteration, sales force development, and marketing. Applicants for the CTO position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills in English, who is willing to take full responsibility for their startup. The CTO will work closely with a network of over 50,000 professionals for team building and will be expected to follow a fully customized program for personal and professional development.
