The Company is seeking a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) to join their dynamic team. The CTO will be responsible for owning, building, and running a startup in the SaaS field, with a focus on scaling the business to €100M+ in revenues. This role is ideal for ambitious entrepreneurs and serial entrepreneurs who are ready to take on the challenge of building a company with the potential for a €1B+ exit. The CTO will be supported by a network of top-tier professionals, including unicorn founders, and will receive extensive coaching in all aspects of startup development, from personal growth to product iteration and market fit. Candidates for the CTO position at the company should be based in Europe or the Americas, or be open to relocation. The role requires a high level of commitment and the ability to take full responsibility for the success of the startup. Excellent communication skills in English are a must. The CTO will have the opportunity to work closely with the company's founders, who are experienced in building and scaling successful businesses, and will be part of a community that includes the top 0.1% of founders, peers, and investors. Responsibilities also include team building, distribution support, and assistance in securing multi-million euro funding rounds.
