Executive Director, Global FP&A & Business Partnering Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking an Executive Director of Global FP&A and Business Partnering to shape enterprise-wide financial strategy and drive performance. The role leads global financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance management, and strategic business partnering. Responsibilities include advising senior leaders on investments and workforce planning, delivering executive-level reporting, and advancing growth, cash flow, and performance initiatives. The Executive Director will also oversee financial analysis for acquisitions and capital allocation, standardize KPIs and reporting frameworks, and develop a high-performing global finance team while supporting transformation and integration efforts. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics, business administration, or a related field; an MBA and/or CPA is preferred. At least 15 years of progressive finance leadership experience, including significant global FP&A or finance business partnering experience, is required, along with eight or more years leading teams in complex global environments. Experience in contract research, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare services, as well as acquisitions and executive-level business partnering, is sought. Applicants should bring advanced financial modeling, scenario planning, analytics, and performance management skills, and be able to communicate and influence effectively in English.
