Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to lead its finance function and support profitable growth. Responsibilities include driving margin expansion, owning financial planning and reporting, and partnering with leaders across operations, sales, product, and technology to improve business performance. The role will oversee board and investor communications, develop financial models for clinical staffing, and assess the returns and margins of new services to inform pricing and growth decisions. The Head of Finance will also modernize finance systems, develop the finance team, support potential acquisitions, and advise senior leadership on strategic and operational decisions. Candidates should bring senior finance leadership experience with full ownership of financial planning, reporting, board communications, and operational finance. Experience in a high-growth, investor-backed business and a strong understanding of clinical workforce staffing models are required. Applicants should be confident communicators who can explain complex financial information clearly, and be comfortable with modern finance tools, ERP systems, automation, and integration. M&A experience or exposure is expected, while experience in healthcare, digital health, or software businesses is preferred.
