Head of Integrated Supply Chain

The Company is seeking a Head of Integrated Supply Chain to lead and strengthen its end-to-end supply chain as the organization grows. Responsibilities include connecting planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, technology, and customer delivery; building scalable systems and processes; and improving service, inventory, cost, and operational performance. The role also involves developing leaders and teams, partnering with executive leadership on business strategy, and helping evolve how the organization operates. Candidates should have senior supply chain leadership experience in food, beverage, consumer packaged goods, or complex manufacturing, along with a strong manufacturing and operations background. A proven record of leading transformation and supporting growth is required, as is experience building high-performing teams. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with a hands-on approach and can challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders across the business.
