Managing Director, Strategy & AI

The Company is seeking a Managing Director to lead an integrated strategy practice spanning digital, social, and emerging AI-driven communications. The role calls for a senior leader who can shape the practice’s direction, develop client relationships, and drive business development and client services. The successful candidate will bring together strategic, digital, and AI capabilities to serve complex client needs. They will also help build and advance a cross-disciplinary practice. Candidates should have 15–20 or more years of experience across strategy consulting, digital product, or large agency environments. Strong fluency in digital and AI, combined with a business development and client services mindset, is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience leading strategy work and engaging senior clients across varied industries. A background that bridges multiple disciplines is particularly valuable.
