Vice President of Clinical Operations Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Operations to shape clinical strategy, care management programs, and technology-enabled workflows. The role leads and scales multidisciplinary clinical and operational teams, develops care coordination protocols, and oversees service delivery across acute and post-acute settings. The Vice President partners with medical staff, providers, and internal teams to improve patient outcomes, care transitions, and program performance. Responsibilities also include advising clients, guiding solution improvements, measuring clinical and financial results, managing program risks, and ensuring effective communication across functions. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience, at least 10–12 years of relevant experience, and 5–6 years of management experience. The role calls for strong clinical operations and care management leadership, strategic planning, team development, and the ability to collaborate with providers and cross-functional teams. Experience developing clinical workflows, protocols, and performance measures is important.
