Vice President of Engineering Program Management Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Engineering Program Management to improve organizational efficiency and ensure effective execution of initiatives across product and engineering teams. Responsibilities include optimizing release management, improving communication about software updates, and establishing a dedicated team to coordinate release activities. The role will also develop processes for feature-request intake, bug triage, and incident response, while promoting consistent process adoption and accountability. In addition, the VP will guide teams in applying Agile practices through training, mentorship, and continuous improvement. Candidates should have at least 10 years of process and program management experience in a software development environment, preferably in point-of-sale or a related industry. The role requires a record of leading and scaling high-performing teams, hands-on expertise with Scrum and other Agile methodologies, and strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills. A bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field is required.
