Vice President of Enterprise Operations Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Operations to build and run the executive operating system in partnership with the CEO. Responsibilities include designing executive decision-making and accountability forums, maintaining decision and commitment tracking, and leading integrated planning from long-term priorities through annual plans, departmental goals, and quarterly resource allocation. The role also owns the board operating process, including agendas, materials, executive preparation, and follow-up. In addition, the VP will redesign executive workflows using AI tools and lead selected, time-bound enterprise initiatives. Candidates should have at least 10 years of business or enterprise operations experience, including direct ownership of an end-to-end annual planning cycle at a software company. Required experience includes managing board cycles with private or growth equity investors, holding an operating leadership role, and keeping senior executives accountable while maintaining strong working relationships. The role also calls for hands-on AI workflow redesign, strong financial literacy, and a track record of simplifying meetings and processes. Experience in SaaS, healthcare technology, small-business models, M&A integration, or internal tools is an advantage.
