Vice President of Operations Remote (anywhere in United States)

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to play a pivotal role in the delivery of clinical practice management services. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining consensus within service delivery teams, with a primary focus on client satisfaction and retention. This role demands a leader who can provide clear and effective communication, and who is adept at influencing and guiding field operations personnel. The VP of Operations will be accountable for the delivery of services in line with contractual obligations, and for establishing and executing shared goals with various client service teams. A key aspect of the position is the development and maintenance of strong partnership relationships with client representatives and industry leaders, as well as the oversight of practice productivity improvement initiatives. Applicants for the VP of Operations position at the company should possess strong leadership and management capabilities, be highly organized, and have excellent communication skills. The role requires a candidate who is consistently accountable, responsible, and responsive, and who can demonstrate the ability to set priorities and make sound judgments in complex situations. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, with a Master's degree preferred, and a minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership role within the healthcare delivery space. Experience in multi-site, multi-specialty medical practice operations and a background in P&L management are also highly valued. The role is remote and may involve travel for company and departmental activities.
